What is the type of financing or payment terms available?
Most of my clients say “baka di ko kaya mahal siguro yan?”, or “pwede ba ang installment sa mga units nyo?”, clients also ask “may discount ba kapg cash payment?”. The company provides financing that is convenient for clients, especially those that are too busy complying bunch of requirements. Here are the available options for you.
Flexiplan or Inhouse Financing
Flexiplan or inhouse financing is our most flexible type of financing, with a minimum of 10% Downpayment of the Total Contract Price required and 90% Principal Balance stretch to 15 years to pay with interest.
Bank Financing
Another option is Bank Financing. Hausland Development Corporation is accredited by most of the banks in Central Luzon. Clients are given the choice of where they want to apply for their housing loan. Since we are doing “Business with a Heart”, Hausland itself will help you apply to any bank you desire. All you have to do is submit the necessary requirements and just wait for the Bank loan approval. With a minimum of 15% Downpayment Payment of The Total Contract price and 85% balance payable for 20yrs max with interest.
Government Financing
This type of financing is part of the government to ensure that every filipino citizen can avail a home. It has the same process with the Bank financing but mor competitive in terms of interest and years to pay. With a minimum of 0-30% Downpayment of the Total Contract price, and 100-70% principal balance maximum of 30yrs term.
Payment through Cash
On the other hand. Cash buyers are also welcome to buy also our units. We give special discounts for Cash Downpayment or Cash Total Contract Price. For the Downpayment we give a special discount of 5% and for the Cash Total Contract Price we give a special 2%. Thus this is valid only 15days after the reservation.
